For Lodge Guests

Reservation Deposit

• Reservation deposit: ¥3,000 per person per night
• The deposit is a flat rate regardless of accommodation or meal plan.
• The reservation deposit shall be paid by credit card.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued after a reservation is confirmed, for any reason. Please confirm the details before making your reservation.

Cancellation Procedure

• Cancellations must be processed by the guest via the website.

Cancellation Fees

⚠️ Cancellation fees are charged separately from the reservation deposit. The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

1. From reservation confirmation until 23:59, 5 days before the scheduled stay

Cancellation fee: ¥0

2. From 0:00, 4 days before the scheduled stay until 15:59 on the day of the scheduled stay

Cancellation fee: ¥5,000 per person per night

3. Cancellations after 16:00 on the day of the stay or no-shows

Cancellation fee: 100% of the accommodation fee

• The amount charged upon confirmation of a no-show shall be 100% of the accommodation fee minus the ¥3,000 reservation deposit per person per night.
• Cancellations or changes cannot be made via the website after 16:00 on the day of the stay.
• Even if you contact us by phone or email after 16:00 on the day of the stay, no refunds will be provided.

Payment Method for Cancellation Fees

• Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of the reservation deposit payment.
• In the event that payment cannot be confirmed, we may contact you at a later date.

Changes to Reservation Details

• All changes to reservation details must be processed by the guest via the website.
• Information about accompanying guests and emergency contacts must be entered before entering the mountain.
• If any fields are left blank or if changes occur after entry, please enter the correct information.
• We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a smooth check-in at the reception on the day of your stay.

Changes to the Scheduled Stay Date

• Changes can be made free of charge until 23:59, 5 days before the scheduled stay
• Changes are not permitted after this deadline
• If you wish to change your dates from 0:00, 4 days before the scheduled stay until 15:59 on the day of the scheduled stay, please cancel your existing reservation, pay the applicable cancellation fee, and make a new reservation for your preferred dates. ※ Please take advantage of the "Transfer Discount" which can be used at check-in during your next stay at the mountain lodge.

Changes to the Number of Guests

• Changes can be made until 15:59 on the day of the scheduled stay (before check-in)
• To increase the number of guests: Immediate payment of the reservation deposit is required.
• To decrease the number of guests: Cancellation fees will apply depending on the timing of the change. If any member of the group checks in, cancellation fees for changes in the number of guests shall be paid in cash at check-in on the day of the stay.

Changes to Meal Plans

• Changes via the website are not permitted after reservation confirmation
• On the day of the scheduled stay, changes between breakfast and packed lunch are possible at check-in
• If you wish to change from a no-meal plan to a meal-inclusive plan after reservation confirmation, please contact us by email in advance

Changes to Accompanying Guest and Emergency Contact Information

• Changes can be made until 15:59 on the day of the scheduled stay (before check-in)

Transfer Discount (Limited to the 2026 Season)

For those who had to cancel their plans due to unavoidable circumstances, we offer this program in the hope that you will visit the Ura-Ginza route again during the 2026 season.

Details

For those who have paid a cancellation fee once during the 2026 season, a discount of ¥7,000 will be applied to the accommodation fee at your next check-in. ※ Even if you have cancelled multiple times, the maximum discount per night is ¥7,000.

Eligibility

Only those who meet all of the following conditions are eligible.

• Made an accommodation reservation in 2026 and paid the reservation deposit (¥3,000) + cancellation fee (¥5,000)
• Made a new accommodation reservation before the end of the 2026 season and stayed at Mitsumata Sanso, Suisho Hut, or Yumata Sanso
• Able to present a photo ID at check-in (My Number Card / Driver's License / Passport / Student ID, etc.)
• Able to be verified against the reservation information from the previous cancelled booking (both the representative and accompanying guests are eligible)

✅ Presentation via image or PDF showing a clear photo, name, date of birth, and address is also accepted. ✅ The discount can be used even if the number of guests or group members differ from the previous reservation.

⚠️ Important Notes

To verify your identity by cross-referencing with the previously cancelled reservation information, please ensure that personal information for both the representative and accompanying guests is registered before cancelling.

For Tent Camping Guests

Advance Payment for Designated Reservation Dates

• Designated reservation dates operate on a full reservation system.
• Tent camping fee: ¥2,500 per person per night
• Full payment by credit card at the time of reservation

⚠️ No refunds will be issued after a reservation is confirmed, for any reason. ⚠️ No changes or cancellations are permitted after a reservation is confirmed.

• 8/8 (Sat), 8/9 (Sun), 8/10 (Mon)
• 8/15 (Sat)
• 9/19 (Sat), 9/20 (Sun), 9/21 (Mon), 9/22 (Tue)

※ Maximum 100 tents per day

Tent Camping on Non-Designated Dates

No reservation or advance payment is required.

For Group Reservations (7 or More Guests)

Cancellation Procedure

• Please contact us from the email address used when making the reservation.

Cancellation Fees

1. From reservation confirmation until 23:59, 31 days before the scheduled stay

Cancellation fee: ¥0

2. From 0:00, 30 days before the scheduled stay until 23:59, 5 days before the scheduled stay

Cancellation fee: ¥3,000 per person per night

3. From 0:00, 4 days before the scheduled stay until 15:59 on the day of the scheduled stay

Cancellation fee: ¥8,000 per person per night

4. Cancellations after 16:00 on the day of the stay or no-shows

Cancellation fee: 100% of the accommodation fee

• 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged upon confirmation of a no-show.
• Cancellations or changes cannot be made via the website after 16:00 on the day of the stay.
• Even if you contact us by phone or email after 16:00 on the day of the stay, no refunds will be provided.
