Same-day bookings are available online until 2:00 PM.
If you complete the booking online by 2:00 PM on the day of stay, the walk-in surcharge of JPY 2,000 will not apply. Please book online whenever possible.

If it is after 2:00 PM
Online booking closes after 2:00 PM. If you still hope to stay, please call the hut directly to confirm whether space is available.
Walk-in stays without a booking
The Mitsumata-Sanso Group operates on a reservation-only basis, and guests with confirmed bookings are always prioritized. Walk-in stays without an advance booking may be accepted only when same-day capacity remains.
When the walk-in surcharge applies
If you arrive without an online booking or same-day advance contact, an additional JPY 2,000 per person will be charged on top of the accommodation fee.
Please note that walk-in stays may be declined depending on availability that day.
Emergency situations are handled separately.
